Foundry Church (FSM)

The team arrived safely in Tulsa this evening! We’ve had orientation for the week, and now it’s time for some dinner and fellowship!

This morning we attended service at our partner church, Wesley Chapel! 

The team spent some time this afternoon experiencing Tulsa! After a stop overlooking the city to learn some Tulsa history and pray over the city and the week, the team went to the nationally recognized park, The Gathering Place! It was a hot day, so we snagged some ice cream and climbed the castle.

The team is up and moving already today. After an early devo and breakfast we headed over to Wesley Chapel to get ready for camp. Lots of kids already checking in and chess and basketball are already starting to build relationships!

Camp began this morning with the team leading worship and a devotional at Wesley Chapel!

The team got to go on a field trip to the pool with the camp from Wesley Chapel! 

Part of the team took some of the campers to a day camp today at Camp Victory! We’ve raced go karts, gone down the zip line, and now it’s time for some worship!

The team was able to celebrate their driver, Jeff’s birthday today after dinner and enjoy some cake! 

This morning we started off early with getting the kids checked in for camp! 

Summer camp was in full swing all morning, and we had a furry friend join us today!

Some of the team had the opportunity to go the ranch today and participate in reading, trampoline time, biking, and petting the animals with the kids. 

The team got to go to the Planetarium with the kids from camp today! 

Sometimes, hot weather calls for ice cream! The team seems to be a big fan of Braum’s.

The team started off the last day of camp strong by leading worship!
